Shipping conditions:
To have shipping options...
U.S. buyers must purchase for at least $30.00 in order value.
E.U. & German buyers must purchase for at least 10.00€ in order value.
U.K. buyers must purchase for at least £20.00 in order value.
Canada buyers must purchase for at least 25.00 $ CAD in order value.
Australia buyers must purchase for at least 30.00 $ AUD in order value.
In general, a maximum of 10 of each item may be ordered and a maximum of 70 items in total may be purchased per order. If this limit is exceeded, the order will be canceled and no shipment will be made.
Different rules may apply to individual products; this will be mentioned prominently in the product description.
The goods are currently delivered within Germany, to some countries of the European Union, to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), to the United States of America, to Canada and to Australia.
For insurance reasons, individual orders are only possible up to specified maximum values per order. If this value (country-specific) is exceeded, no shipping option is offered and the purchase cannot be completed. If this limit is technically circumvented, the order will be canceled.
Delivery in Germany by: DHL Paket and DHL Kleinpaket
Delivery to above mentioned countries of the E.U.: DHL Parcel International Premium and Deutsche Post Goods Mail International (Premium)
Delivery to the other international countries outside of the European Union mentioned above by: DHL Parcel International Premium and Deutsche Post Goods Mail International Premium
IMPORT TAX / VAT
Customers outside of the European Union who purchase from cultbricks.de or cultbricks.de/en may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, VAT (value added tax) and other customs duties levied by your local customs office, once the order reaches the destination country.
U.S. buyers will already see all additional tariffs and charges during checkout, will be invoiced and don't face additional charges during their import.
For customers of all other countries outside the E.U. the following applies: These possible additional fees and tasks necessary for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cultbricks (Ferdinand Dorendorf) has no control over these charges and processes, nor can he predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase on this website (cultbricks.de). When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the control of cultrbicks.de and its owner.
Shipping costs
United States:
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least $30.00 in order value.
12.99$ for purchases between 30.00$ and 500.00$ and shipping with DHL International Premium (with tracking).
In addition, 15% customs duty (tariffs) is levied (on the total value of the goods and shipping costs).
There are no additional costs for the recipients upon delivery. Subject is due to possible change as soon as the US government adapts or changes the regulations which can happen any time, even after your order which would lead to possible changes to your order and total costs.
Within the European Union:
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least 10.00€ in order value.
5.99€ (incl. VAT) for orders from 10.00€ to 24.99€, or the equivalent value of the respective national currency if DHL Goods Mail (no tracking) is selected as the shipping method.
6.99€ (incl. VAT) for orders from 10.00€ to 89.99€ or the equivalent value in the respective national currency if DHL Goods Mail Premium (with tracking) is selected as the shipping method.
13.99€ (incl. VAT) for orders from 49.98€ till 450.00€ or the equivalent value of the respective national currency if DHL Parcel Premium (with tracking) is selected.
United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland):
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least 20.00 £ in order value.
7.99 £ GBP for purchases between 20.00£ and 339.99£ and shipping with DHL International Premium (with tracking). Will be send with DHL Goods Mail International Premium or DHL Parcel International Premium.
Canada (Prices in Canadian Dollars)
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least 25.00 $ CAD in merchandise value.
22.99 $ CAD for purchases between 25.00 $ CAD and 700.00 $ CAD and shipping with DHL International Premium (with tracking). Will be send with DHL Goods Mail International Premium or DHL Parcel International Premium.
Australia (Prices in Australian dollars)
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least 30.00 $ AUD in merchandise value.
22.99 $ AUD for purchases between 30.00 $ AUD-799.00 $ AUD and shipping with DHL International Premium (with tracking). Will be send with DHL Goods Mail International Premium or DHL Parcel International Premium.
Germany:
To have shipping options, you must purchase for at least 10.00€ in order value.
4.50 Euro (incl. VAT) for orders from 10.00€ to 29.99€ and shipping with DHL Kleinpaket (with tracking).
5.00 Euro (incl. VAT) for orders from 30.00€ till 69.97€ and shipping with DHL Kleinpaket (with tracking).
5.99 Euro (incl. VAT) for orders from 69.98€ till 450.00€ and shipping with DHL Paket (with tracking).
Delivery times:
The delivery time within Germany is 2-30 working days after conclusion of the contract. Public holidays that are not uniform throughout Germany are also counted as public holidays. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time within the European Union is 4-30 working days.
International delivery time outside the European Union is 4-40 working days.
If payment is made in advance:
The period begins one day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution. The period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) shall take the place of such a day.
Shipping costs when only partial delivery is possible:
If you purchase several items at the same time, the flat rate for shipping will only be charged once. Additional shipping costs due to partial deliveries, which are due to the fact that items have to be packed differently or individual items are too large or temporarily unavailable, will be covered by cultbricks.de for you.
